The video, presented as usual by producer Sho Hamanaga, focuses on explaining and showcasing the changes that will come in future updates.
As previously hinted, Frontier Mode is getting significant changes in progression and the way its story plays and will be shut down after the next potentiality in mid-April. It will remain closed until May or June as the changes are made.
We also hear about the upcoming store, with plans to sell skins and transfer tickets, but the developers don’t feel it’d be fair to implement this before the changes to Frontier Mode are made. That being said, they have received requests for an earlier implementation, and asked for player feedback on whether they should roll it out early or wait.
Bots will be added to PvP in order to help with matchmaking, and multiplayer PvE is also something the developers are looking into implementing in the future.
You can watch it below.
