All four new iPhones are powered by a new A15 Bionic SoC and run on iOS 15. iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini has three storage variants 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. The prices start from $699, $799, and $999. The price of the iPhone 13 is $799, $899, and $1099. However, iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max will be available for up to 1TB of storage. The price for 128GB is $999, 256GB is $1099, 512GB is $1299, and 1TB is $1499. iPhone 13 Pro Max will cost $1099, $1199, $1399, and $1599 respectively. This makes it the most expensive iPhone ever.
Confirmed Specifications
All four new iPhones have a 6 core CPU with two high-performance and four efficient cores. The new phones are 50 percent better in performance. iPhone 13 and 13 mini has A15 Bionic with a four-core GPU, while 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max have a five-core GPU. However, the company has not disclosed the RAM and the battery capacities of the new devices. All four models have the same display size as their predecessors except the narrower notch. All the devices get improved brightness, but the Pro models get the ProMotion 120Hz refresh rate. In Daytime, the brightness is 800nits and 1000nits, and the peak HDR brightness is 1200nits for all four models. It also has support for Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG.
Camera
iPhone 13 and 13 Mini has a new wide-angle camera. There are 1.7um sensor pixels and an f/1.6 aperture, sensor-shift optical stabilization. The 12MP ultra-wide camera has an f/2.4 aperture. It brings a new Cinematic video mode that supports rack focus.
Availability
The pre-orders for iPhone 13 series will start from 17 September at 5 PM PDT in Australia, Canada, China, India, Germany, Japan, the UK, the US, and 30 other countries. The customers in Turkey will get the devices from October 1, and other countries like Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, and 10 other countries will get them from October 8.
